Bali’s coastline is filled with many beaches, but the most famous is of course Kuta Beach. You also won’t run out of fantastic restaurants around the beach which can be reached on foot. Kuta Beach is popular for its sunset views, because it is located on the southwest side of the coast. In fact, this beach is often referred to as “sunset beach”. After sunset, you can head to the beach connecting road to shop for souvenirs or enjoy the world-famous nightlife. Unlike most beaches and tourist attractions in Bali, there is no entrance fee to Kuta Beach. Because this beach is a very popular destination, it is usually quite busy, but you won’t have any trouble finding a spot. You can avoid the crowds by coming in the morning or walking to the more northerly side of the beach, NANA4D which is usually quieter.
